Peierre and Martha Lestieux own and manage the Paris Bakery Tea oom at 301 Merrimon Ave. The Lestieuxs are natives of France, and Peierre has over twenty years of experience baking pastries in Franch. Peierre and Martha also serve New Orleans-style treats at Asheville's Downtown after Five events each summer.
The bakery features display cases filled with French baguettes and country breads, beignets, eclairs, Napoleons and other delicacies. The bakery also offers an assortment of sandwiches and quiches, assorted coffees and daily specials.
