Asheville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts and the Montford Neighborhood Association will host a Community Yard Sale on Saturday, September 11, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Montford Recreation Center, 34 Pearson Drive. Find great bargains on an assortment of household items, clothing, and much more. Pick up information on other local neighborhood sales that day. These events only come around so often, and you could find the deal of a lifetime. So put on your bartering shoes and come on out the Montford Recreation Center to see what you can find. Don't Forget to Show up early so you don't miss all the good items up for sale. To sell items, reserve a table for $5 by September 8. Space is limited and goes quickly. Event will move indoors in case of inclement weather.
