Biltmore will hold a job fair on Wednesday, Sept. 8, to interview applicants for approximately 95 seasonal positions for the estate.Opportunities include ticket sales and call center agents, winery associates, parking and transportation hosts, guest relations hosts, and general retail services. Most positions are classified as reserve and require the ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Reserve staff work periodically throughout the year; hours and schedules may vary based on season with possible reduction in hours during winter and other times.) Although this is primarily a seasonal job fair to increase reserve staffing levels, career opportunities may also be available. Excellent guest service skills are a must, as candidates need to be able to communicate with Biltmore guests in a friendly and hospitable manner.
