The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office would like to invite the public to attend the spring 2010 Sheriff’s Citizens’ Academy. The academy is designed to provide an overview of daily operations and each topic will be presented by Sheriff’s Office staff. Space is limited to the first 25 citizens who are approved to attend, so don’t delay – the class will fill up quickly.Application deadline is March 15, 2010. The academy is scheduled for April 6 through June 8, with each session held on Tuesday evenings during the hours of 6 - 9 p.m. at the Crime Prevention Office located in West Asheville. If you are interested and at least 18 years of age, please submit the following information:
